Well…I’m going to have to change up my workout plan. No more bootcamp. For now. Strained my groin and now I have to change the plans. I’m not completely disabled, but I can’t run on uneven ground therefore I’m heading back to the gym. So, somehow I’m going to have to get my butt into a gym and run a treadmill aka Hamster Wheel.
Still hanging on to my goal and going to push hard the next month and a half. See…I can change my plans accordingly…..although it does completely suck. But paying for physio seems a lot more reasonable than paying big for bootcamp.
Now…off to the gym.
